Jarek's full report

Deep Water, Iron Undertow

Jarek, you were born on a New Moon in Pisces with Mercury turned backward beside the Sun — a person who begins things in the dark, before there is anything to show anyone. Eight of your placements sit in water and nearly all of them are mutable, which means you take the temperature of every room you enter and adjust before you've consciously decided to. But underneath that permeability there is a spine nobody sees at first: Venus in Capricorn locked in a near-perfect trine to Mars in Taurus, which gives you patience that outlasts other people's enthusiasm and a body that simply keeps going. Your Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus form a wide triangle across the air signs, so your mind runs on a cool, well-lit circuit while your feelings run on a river below it — you can analyse your own grief with startling accuracy and still not be able to stop it. You have almost no fire in the chart, which is the central fact of your life: you rarely start, you respond, and you have spent decades mistaking that for a character flaw. It isn't. It's just that the world rewards the loud, and you were built to be the deep end.

The Man Who Absorbs the Room

Your temperament is oceanic and slow-tidal. You do not have moods so much as weather systems that arrive from somewhere off the coast and take three days to pass. Sun, Moon and Mercury all in Pisces means there is no membrane between what you feel, what you think and what you pick up from the person sitting across from you — you have walked out of dinners exhausted and blamed the food. The New Moon at your birth adds something specific: you're at your best at the start of things, in the unformed stage, when nothing has been named yet, and you lose interest at almost exactly the moment a project becomes respectable. Mars in Taurus is your ballast. Once you have actually committed your body to something — a house, a discipline, a person, a habit — you are close to unmovable, and people who met you in your fluid phase are permanently surprised by how stubborn you turn out to be.

Your mind works backward before it works forward. Mercury retrograde in Pisces, conjunct the Sun and squared by Neptune, means you reach conclusions by soak rather than by argument — the answer arrives whole, hours or days later, usually in the shower or on a walk, and then you have to reverse-engineer the reasoning so other people will accept it. This makes you excellent on paper and slower than you'd like in live conversation. In meetings, the loudest half-thought wins and yours arrives at 11pm, fully formed and too late. But that air triangle between Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus gives you something rarer than quickness: you can hold two incompatible frameworks at once without needing to collapse them, and you spot the structural flaw in a system that everyone else is happily working inside. You have been right early, in private, more times than you have been given credit for.

You love the way water loves — by taking the shape of the container, then slowly wearing through it. Venus in Capricorn doesn't announce; it commits, provides, remembers birthdays, fixes the thing without mentioning it, and expects to be understood without having to explain. The trine to Mars in Taurus makes you steady, physical, deeply sensual in an unhurried way, and genuinely loyal past the point of sense. But Venus is squared by Uranus, so you have repeatedly attached yourself to people who were not stable, and told yourself you were the calm one in the arrangement. You do not fight. That's the problem. You go quiet, you go far away without moving, and you conduct the entire argument internally over several weeks while the other person waits for you to say one true sentence. When you finally do speak, it's usually a verdict, not an opening — and by then you've already left.

What you hide is how much you need. Moon in Pisces square Saturn in Gemini installed an early belief that your emotional weather was an imposition, something to be managed privately so as not to burden the room — and you became astonishingly good at reading everyone else's needs partly so nobody would ask about yours. You hide the size of your ambition too; Mars square Jupiter means you have a private appetite for something much larger than the life you've arranged, and you rarely say it out loud because saying it and failing would be unbearable. You hide how long you remember slights. And you hide, from most people, that a good deal of your kindness is a form of distance: it is easier to be the one who understands than the one who is known.

Strengths

  • ◆You perceive what people are actually feeling, usually before they do, and you do it without needing to be told a single fact.
  • ◆Venus trine Mars gives you endurance disguised as gentleness — you finish the ten-year things that other people abandon in year two.
  • ◆The Jupiter–Saturn–Uranus triangle lets you see the flaw in a structure and the redesign at the same moment, which is a rare and expensive skill.
  • ◆You are almost impossible to panic; disaster makes you slower and clearer, not faster and dumber.
  • ◆You can sit with someone in the worst hour of their life and neither flinch nor try to fix it, which is the closest thing to a superpower a person can have.

Shadows

  • ◇You confuse absorbing other people's feelings with intimacy, and it lets you stay unknown for years inside close relationships.
  • ◇With almost no fire in your chart, you wait to be chosen, invited and asked — and then resent the people who did the asking for setting the terms.
  • ◇Moon square Saturn makes you ration your own needs so severely that when they finally surface they come out as coldness or ultimatum.
  • ◇You leave emotionally long before you leave physically, and you call that being reasonable.
  • ◇Neptune squaring your Sun and Mercury means you have talked yourself into believing at least one thing about your own life that everyone around you can see is not true.

The Long Devotion and the Locked Door

You attach slowly, completely, and then quietly. Venus in Capricorn wants to build something with weight — shared property, shared decades, a person you can be silent with — and you show love through reliability and provision rather than declaration. Your Moon in Pisces, sextile that Venus, means you also want to be dissolved: merged, understood without speech, met at the level below language. Those two wishes don't cooperate. One of them wants a fortress and the other wants an ocean, and most of your relationships have been an argument between them conducted without words.

What you attract is a specific type: vivid, a little unstable, more expressive than you, someone who supplies the fire your chart doesn't have. Venus square Uranus is precise about this — you are drawn to people with an element of unpredictability, and then you set about becoming the steady one, the ground wire, the adult. It works beautifully for a while. The pattern that repeats is this: you over-function, you stop asking for anything, resentment accumulates silently for a year or two, and then either they detonate or you withdraw so completely that the relationship ends without a single honest conversation. You've been told you're easy to be with and hard to reach, probably by more than one person, probably in almost the same words.

The other repetition is subtler. Because Mercury is retrograde in Pisces and squared by Neptune, you don't say the thing; you hint, you set conditions in your head, and you test whether the other person can read you. When they can't, you take it as evidence they don't really see you — but they were never given the data. Half the loneliness in your romantic history is an information problem, not a love problem. You have grieved relationships that were still fixable because you decided, privately, that they were over.

What actually works is unglamorous: saying the need on the day you feel it, in one plain sentence, before you've had time to build the case. What works is choosing someone who can tolerate your slowness without filling the silence, and who is emotionally direct enough to drag you into the open when you go under. What works is regular physical contact and shared routine — with Mars in Taurus, your affection lives in the body, and a relationship that loses its ordinary touch loses you within about six months. And what works is understanding that your loyalty is genuinely rare; you don't have to earn a place by being useful. You already have one.

Say the unfinished thought out loud, at half-formed quality, to the person you love — your instinct to wait until you can express it perfectly is the single largest cause of distance in your life. When you feel the withdrawal starting, name it that day: "I'm going under, don't let me." And stop scoring the relationship privately; a ledger nobody else can read is not fairness, it's an ambush.

Built for Depth, Allergic to Sales

You are built to work where complexity has to be understood before it can be simplified — research, design, therapy, teaching, healing, editing, strategy, anything creative that involves synthesis rather than production. The Pisces stellium takes in vast quantities of unstructured information; the air triangle sorts it into shape; Venus and Mars in earth signs make sure something real actually gets built at the end. That combination is unusual and genuinely valuable. Your particular gift is arriving at the useful conclusion by a route you cannot fully explain, and then, with effort, building the ladder that lets everyone else climb up to it.

You sabotage it in two reliable ways. First, you do not claim your work: with no fire and Mercury retrograde, you present findings rather than yourself, and you have watched more confident colleagues carry your thinking into the room and receive the credit — more than once, and you told yourself it didn't matter. Second, Mars square Jupiter makes you periodically overreach in the wrong direction: you take on a project three sizes too big at exactly the wrong moment, usually out of boredom rather than ambition, and then the Taurus in you refuses to abandon it long after it has stopped paying. Between those two habits you have probably spent several years of your working life underpaid and over-committed.

You lead by attunement, not authority. Put in charge, you become the person who knows what everyone on the team is actually going through, who can defuse a conflict before it forms, and who protects people from the organisation above them. What you refuse is the theatre of leadership — the pitching, the visibility, the performance of certainty when you're only 80% sure. That refusal has cost you positions you were the best candidate for. The fix isn't to become someone louder; it's to accept that stating a conclusion plainly is not arrogance, and that your 80% is most people's 100%.

Write down what you actually did every month and send it upward, because you will not remember it and nobody else will do it for you. Take the role before you feel ready — the readiness you're waiting for is a Neptune mirage and it will not arrive. And build one skill that cannot be absorbed silently into somebody else's work: a byline, a signature, a named method.

Quiet Accumulation, Sudden Holes

Venus in Capricorn trine Mars in Taurus is one of the better money signatures in the zodiac and you have mostly lived up to it: you save without drama, you dislike debt at a physical level, you'd rather own a few good durable things than many new ones, and the idea of running out frightens you more than you admit to anyone. You are not greedy, but you are quietly territorial about security — the account balance functions as an emotional stabiliser, and a bad month in the numbers puts you in a mood you'll blame on something else. Your risk appetite is low by default, which has served you well and also meant you sat out several opportunities you saw clearly and early.

The leak comes from two places. Neptune squaring your Sun and Mercury makes you vague at precisely the moments that require precision — the contract you didn't read closely, the rate you never renegotiated, the money lent to someone that you both agreed to call a gift afterwards. And Mars square Jupiter produces the occasional oversized bet made in a burst of restlessness, usually after a long dull stretch. Your financial life over the next year is due for a genuine shake: Uranus crosses your natal Mars from January to March 2027, which disrupts whatever arrangement your income and your body currently have with each other, and Saturn squares your Venus through the summer of 2027, which will audit your worth in cold numbers. Neither is a catastrophe. Both demand that you know your actual figures rather than your approximate ones.

Put your real numbers on one page — income, obligations, runway — and look at it monthly, because your vagueness costs you more than your caution ever saved. Raise your rate or ask for the increase before Saturn squares your Venus next summer, not after.

The Year Uranus Comes for the Story You Tell Yourself

This is the year Uranus in Gemini squares your Pisces Sun and Mercury — a transit that runs, on and off, from September 2026 all the way to September 2027, and only visits a person once. It is not a disaster transit; it is an interruption transit. It breaks the narrative you have been maintaining about who you are, what you do, and why you can't change it, and it does so by making the old arrangement suddenly, physically intolerable rather than by handing you a catastrophe. Layered on top, Mars spends the year making repeated oppositions to your Sun and Mercury (December, February, May) — each one a short, sharp confrontation with someone or something that won't let you stay vague — and Uranus itself conjuncts your natal Mars in late January, which hits the body, the work rhythm and the money at once. The back half of the year brings Saturn: a supportive sextile to your natal Saturn from June, and a square to your Venus through the summer that will make you price your relationships and your labour honestly. By September 2027, with Jupiter opposing your Sun from Virgo, someone else will be holding up a mirror and you will not be able to look away. Expect the year to be less comfortable and considerably more alive.

  1. September–October 2026

The square from Uranus to your Mercury is exact right now, on 7 September, and it does the thing you least like: it makes your own thinking unfamiliar to you. Old opinions stop fitting, conversations you've had a hundred times suddenly irritate you, and you find yourself saying something blunt and true in a meeting or at a kitchen table and being surprised by your own voice. Late September brings Mars across your Venus in opposition around the 25th — a flashpoint in a close relationship or a financial arrangement, usually about who has been doing more — and Mars simultaneously trines your Moon, so for once you actually have the energy to say it rather than absorb it. Then October goes retrograde on you: Venus turns backward on the 3rd and Mercury on the 24th, which puts every negotiation, contract and relationship conversation into review rather than resolution. On 17 October Uranus reaches the exact square to your Sun. Do not sign the big thing this month. Do let yourself want the thing you're not supposed to want.

  2. November–December 2026

Both retrogrades end on 14 November and the fog lifts fast. From 10 November through mid-January, Jupiter sextiles your natal Saturn — the single most constructive long transit of your year, and the one that lets an ambitious idea become an actual structure with a timeline and a budget. It comes packaged with Jupiter square your natal Mars across the same weeks, exact on 8 December, which is the overreach signature: you will be offered or will invent something a third larger than is sensible. Take it, but shrink the scope by a third before you agree to dates. December is combative in a useful way — Mars opposes your Sun on the 10th and your Mercury on the 16th, so expect a direct challenge from a partner, boss or family member in the first half of the month. This is the year's rehearsal for saying the hard sentence in real time instead of composing it afterward. Saturn turns direct on 12 December and something that has been stalled since summer starts moving again.

  3. January–March 2027

The hinge of the year. Uranus backs into late Taurus and conjuncts your natal Mars from 5 January to 14 March, exact on 29 January — a once-per-lifetime contact that goes straight to your body and your work rhythm. Concretely: your energy will not run on the old schedule any more, and forcing it will produce an injury, an illness or a resignation. Something you've done the same way for a decade — a commute, a training regimen, a job structure, a physical habit — breaks, and the break is the point. Mars is retrograde from 11 January to 3 April, so this is a poor window to start a fight or launch anything requiring momentum; it's an excellent window to withdraw energy from things that have been quietly draining it. Mars opposes your Sun again on 8 February and Mercury turns retrograde on 10 February, which means early February brings back an unfinished argument from December in almost the same words. The New Moon in Pisces on 8 March, close to your own Sun, is your genuine new year — set the intention there, not on 1 January.

  4. April–June 2027

Mars turns direct on 3 April and the pressure that built through the winter finally has somewhere to go; April and early May are the strongest months of the year for physical output and for restarting anything you shelved in January. From 9 April Uranus resumes squaring your Mercury, running all the way to September, and this second pass is the productive one: the mental restlessness becomes an actual change of subject — new field, new tools, new language, something you'd have called impractical two years ago. Mars squares your natal Mars on 9 May and opposes your Sun on 27 May and Mercury on 31 May, so the last third of May carries friction with a specific person who wants a decision from you. Give it to them. Mercury turns retrograde on 12 June for three weeks, which slows communications and travel through the start of summer — use it to finish rather than to begin, and expect a person from an earlier chapter of your life to resurface in that window.

  5. July–September 2027

The year's most crowded and most consequential stretch. Around 10–12 July Mars simultaneously opposes your Moon, trines your Venus and squares your Saturn — an emotionally loud few days where an old restriction, probably a family one, gets said out loud at last. From 16 June through September, Saturn sextiles your natal Saturn, which is the reward transit: sober, unglamorous, and it consolidates whatever you actually built this year into something durable. Running alongside it, Saturn squares your natal Venus from 6 June, exact 5 August — a genuine test of a relationship's terms and of what your work is worth in money. Relationships that are honest get formalised under this; relationships built on your silent over-functioning do not survive it. Jupiter enters Virgo on 28 July and opposes your Sun on 19 August and your Mercury on 27 August: another person becomes the mirror, offering partnership, contract or confrontation. Say yes to the one that requires you to be visible, and understand that by early September, when Mars finally trines your Sun on the 6th, you'll be running a different life than the one you began this report inside.

October 2026: Two Retrogrades and a Cracked Window

October is a month of reversal and revelation, and almost nothing in it should be signed. Uranus spends the entire month squaring your Mercury and reaches the exact square to your Sun on the 16th, which means your sense of who you are is under live renovation while Venus (from the 3rd) and Mercury (from the 24th) are both retrograde. Practically: relationships and money go into review, old conversations come back, and you keep hearing yourself say things that surprise you. Pluto turns direct on the 16th and something you've been slowly excavating in private — about a family pattern, a debt, a compulsion — finally shifts. Treat this month as reconnaissance. Gather information, reopen the file, let people show you what they've been withholding, and put any irreversible decision on the calendar for mid-November instead.

2026-10-01

Mars opposes your Venus and Uranus squares your Mercury exactly on the same day — a sharp exchange about money, fairness or effort with a partner or close colleague. Say the actual grievance rather than the polite version of it; this one has been sitting in you since late September.

2026-10-03

Venus turns retrograde in Scorpio and stays backward for six weeks, reopening a relationship or a financial arrangement you thought was settled. Do not propose, do not sign, do not remodel the house — reread the old terms instead.

2026-10-10

New Moon in Libra, and you were born under a New Moon, so these are your natural starting points even when the rest of the sky says wait. Start something private and unannounced today — a draft, an application, a conversation with one person only.

2026-10-16

Uranus makes its exact square to your Sun and Pluto turns direct within a day of it — the peak of the month, and the moment an old self-description stops being true. Clear the evening; the insight arrives late and you will want to write it down rather than explain it.

2026-10-24

Mercury turns retrograde as the Sun enters Scorpio, and the mood drops several degrees in seriousness. Expect a message, invoice or misunderstanding from a few weeks back to resurface — answer it slowly and in writing.

2026-10-26

Full Moon in Taurus lands on the most stable, physical part of your chart and demands you take stock of what you actually own, physically and financially. Spend the day doing something with your hands and your body; the answer to the month's question is not in your head.

2026-10-29

Retrograde Venus reverses back over the degree of your natal Uranus, which is the exact configuration that has governed your attraction to unstable people your whole life. Someone from a disrupted past relationship makes contact or crosses your mind with unusual force — look at it clearly, but do not act on it until Venus turns direct in mid-November.

Learning to Have Edges Without Losing the Ocean

You are here to learn to occupy a form. Everything in your chart that is water and mutable — the Pisces stellium, the Pisces Moon, the Neptune rulership — wants to remain unbounded, unnamed and available to everything. Everything in your chart that is earth and fixed — Venus in Capricorn, Mars in Taurus — knows that nothing exists until it has an edge, a price, a body, a deadline and a name on it. Your life's work is not choosing between them. It is learning that giving the formless thing a definite shape does not kill it, which is the fear that has governed most of your hesitations: that if you commit to one version, you lose all the others. You do. That's what commitment is, and it's the only way anything gets made.

The recurring lesson arrives as the same scene in different costumes: you perceive something true, you don't say it, the situation deteriorates in the direction you foresaw, and you feel both vindicated and unheard. Moon square Saturn taught you early that your inner weather was an imposition, and Mercury retrograde in Pisces gave you a mind that needs time before it can speak — so silence became your default and then your identity. Life keeps sending you people and situations that will not read your mind, and each one is the same exam. The Uranus square to your Sun this year is the loudest version of that exam you've had since your early forties, and it works by making the silence physically uncomfortable rather than by punishing you.

Mastery, for you, looks quiet and would be unimpressive to a stranger. It looks like a man who says what he wants on the day he wants it, in one sentence, without the case notes. It looks like finished work with your name on it rather than brilliant unclaimed thinking absorbed into other people's projects. It looks like a relationship in which you are known rather than merely useful, and a body you inhabit rather than commute in. The empathy stays — that was never the problem, and it's the best thing about you. What changes is that you stop using it as a place to hide.

Say it

“I say the thing while it is still unfinished, because waiting until it is perfect has only ever meant waiting until it is too late.”
